Our Spine Solutions

Motion Medical offers a complete range of solutions for the spine to meet the needs of both patients and the surgical team. We have traditional systems and innovative options that allow the surgeon to select the most appropriate treatment for each patient at his discretion, showing a variety of implants, devices and instruments for cervical, thoracolumbar and sacral to suit the most demanding preferences.

When it comes to materials, Motion Medical strives for innovation by proposing various options ranging from the most traditional ones such as titanium, cobalt chrome or steel, to synthetic materials such as PEEK or the most revolutionary materials of polymer matrix with a metallic coating and 3D printed technology.

Our product range can be divided in the following categories:

  • Fixation sustems for spine
Fixation systems for the spine consist of screws, rods and connecting components. The instrumentation is important to support the vertebrae structures and relieve stress properly along the spinal cord during the healing and fusing process.

  • Minimally-invasive spine surgery
Minimally-invasive spine surgery involves small incisions compared with traditional open surgery. This technique was developed to treat spine problems with less injury to the muscles and other normal structures in the spine.
It is important to note that some back and neck problems cannot yet be treated effectively with minimally-invasive methods.
  • Cervical disc
A cervical disc is a dynamic medical device which is placed between two adjacent cervical vertebrae to replace a diseased cervical disc.
  • Kyphoplasty
Vertebroplasty is a minimally invasive procedure for stabilizing vertebral compression factures. It ttrats painful pathological fractures of the vertebral body due to osteoporosis, cancer or bening lesion.
The goal of vertebroplasty is to relieve pain and stabilize the fracture where a small-gauge osteo introducer is used to access the vertebral body and inject highly viscous bone cement into the trabeculae to stabilize the fracture

  • Biomedical technologies
This category comprises various products with focus on bone growth with empasize on accelerating fusion.
